Refund Policy – Medical Consultants Clinics (MCC)

1. Eligible Services for Refund

• Refunds can only be requested if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
• No refund will be issued in case of no-show.

2. Non-Refundable Services

• Medical consultations that have already been provided.
• Laboratory tests or medical procedures that have been partially or fully performed.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Approval

• Requests will be reviewed within 3 business days.
• If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5 business days.

5. Converting the Amount to Another Service

• Instead of a cash refund, clients can apply the paid amount toward another service at the clinic, subject to availability.
